Do I need experience to take a class?
No. Every class is welcoming to all levels. Our instructors will guide you through every pose and option.
What should I bring?
Yourself, water, and comfortable clothes. We provide mats, towels, and props on request.
Is the first class really free?
Yes — new San Antonio students get their first class free. Just sign the waiver and book online.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, especially for your first visit.
